Pricing

$9 a truck, a month. That is the whole price.

One plan with every part of FleetView. The minimum is $39 a month. No charge per user, no hardware and no contract.

What would it cost you?

Count power units: tractors and straight trucks. Drivers and trailers are free, and so is your office team, so do not count them.

$207 a month

Join in 2026: $138 a month for 23 trucks, locked for 2 years.

$9.00 per truck. Each truck after this adds $9. There are no tiers on the way up.

This price is for the number you typed. Your real bill counts the active power units on your account. Add or remove one and your bill follows, $9 a truck. Nothing is charged for the first 30 days.

Every part, at every size

A 2-truck fleet gets the same FleetView as a 40-truck fleet. Nothing is locked behind a bigger plan.

Loads, dispatch and invoices

  • Load entry from the broker’s rate confirmation (rate con): FleetView AI reads it, you confirm
  • A dispatch board with each stop your driver reports
  • Arrival and departure times at every stop, for detention
  • Lumper receipts sent in as photos by your driver
  • Invoice PDFs with the rate con, BOL and POD attached
  • A load status page you can share with the broker
  • Driver pay statements and expense payback
  • IFTA mileage and fuel totals

Drivers and your office team

  • A driver app on each driver’s own phone
  • The driver app on your driver’s own phone
  • Updates and photos that wait for a signal, then send
  • Rates, pay and test results kept off the driver app
  • Sign-ins for your office, safety person and bookkeeper, with the access you choose

DOT dates and your federal record

  • Federal and California deadlines for your trucks and drivers
  • A check of your FMCSA record about once a day, with an email if a change can stop a truck
  • Roadside inspection history, open defects and an accident register
  • Proof links for brokers, officers, insurers and auditors

How that compares

Per truck, not per user

A 10-truck fleet pays $90 a month on FleetView, whether one person signs in or five. Many dispatch programs for fleets your size charge for each person who signs in.

Less than most ELD subscriptions

ELD subscriptions usually cost $25 to $40 a truck each month. From 2 trucks up, FleetView costs less per truck: $19.50 a truck at 2 trucks, and $9 at 10.

Your drivers’ own phones, no device to buy

The big fleet systems sell a device for every truck, on a contract of one to three years. FleetView runs on the phones your drivers already carry, so there is nothing to install in the cab.

The ELD range is a typical monthly subscription for one truck, before the device. If a vendor shows us it is out of date, we will fix it.

Questions about the price

Why per truck and not per user?

Most fleets need at least two people in FleetView: the owner and whoever runs the office. Charging per user would punish you for that, so we do not. If you hire a second dispatcher, your bill stays the same. You add people yourself in Settings and choose what each one can do: Office, Safety, Bookkeeper or View only.

What happens when I add or sell a truck?

When you add a truck, or mark one sold or out of service, your bill moves by your per-truck price. If you pay the minimum, your bill does not change until your fifth truck. There are no tiers and no jump at any size. We did that on purpose. A price jump would give you a reason to leave a truck out of FleetView, and then its dates would not be tracked.

What if I run more than 50 trucks?

The price is the same, $9 a truck. The calculator stops at 50 because that is the biggest fleet we have built and tested FleetView for. Email us before you start, and we will talk it through.

What counts as a truck?

A power unit: a tractor or a straight truck. If it has an engine, it counts. A trailer does not, and neither does a driver.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay month to month. Before you leave, you can download any file, and any report as a spreadsheet.

What is not included?

There are no paid add-ons. We do not file anything for you. The Features page lists what FleetView does and does not do.

What happens when the free days end, or if I stop paying?

We email you 14 days and 3 days before the free days end. If you have not added a card, everything stays on for 7 more days. After that the account is view only until you add one. Nothing is deleted.

What is the price for fleets that join in 2026?

$6 a truck and a $29 minimum, instead of $9 and $39. It is locked for 2 years from your first charge, then it is the standard price. Your Billing page shows the exact date. The offer can end before the year does.

Do you charge to get set up?

No. There is no setup fee and no paid onboarding. Your free days are the time to add your trucks, drivers and dates.
